Congratulations on starting your new hospitality business.

Some of the questions we are regularly asked are:

How much should I expect to spend?

This is very much dependant on the type of establishment you have and the size of your business.

With over 5,000 products available, we have a vast collection to choose from, suitable for the smallest of independent coffee bars, to the largest of hotels.

We are confident that we will help you find the right products, at the right price, for your new business.

Based on the number of my covers, how much tableware should I order?

Generally, we suggest approximately 20% more than your actual number of covers. Your business will no doubt be successful, and you need to ensure that the quality of your service doesn’t suffer as a result of the limited amount of equipment you have.

How long before I open do I need to place my order?

For new openings, we would recommend 2 to 3 weeks prior to your intended opening date. However, with our 10,000 sq foot stock holding, we can fulfil orders within 24 hours, dependant on your location and if the items are in stock.

We appreciate that with any new opening, there are so many things you will need to organise to get your business up and running, but we will be at hand to assist you and make the process of ordering your tableware as stress-free and convenient as possible.

What if I want my tableware decorated – will this take a long time?

Not at all! Should you opt to have your tableware decorated, utilising our own in-house design, print and decoration workshop, we will produce a fired sample for your approval within 4 to 5 days, to ensure you are happy with the style and quality of the design.

Once you’ve approved your sample, please allow approximately 2 to 3 weeks for completion. Having said this, we are able to speed up this process, and aim to work to your deadline.

I’m not sure what I want - What if I need some assistance?

We have a dedicated Team of professional office-based staff that are always on hand to assist you over the phone. Alternatively we have experienced Sales Representatives that would gladly meet with you to discuss your requirements in more detail.

You have exactly what I need, but I’d like to see it before I buy it?

Should you wish to see samples of any of our items, we would gladly arrange to send you samples on a ‘sale or return’ basis. Alternatively, you can visit our 3,000 sq foot London showroom and view our products at your convenience.
